Unipower and the sign-writing industry

The larger sign writing companies are a natural market for the UNIPOWER product as they require all the facilities the UNIPOWER has to offer:

3 kw generator:

Those Signwriters that undertake outside sign erection work require 220 volt power for drilling, grinding and sometimes lighting, to finish off a job at night.

185 amp welder:

Many of the jobs for large outdoor signs require welding of the structures.  The UNIPOWER is well able to tackle all the types of welding required during these operations.
By virtue of its high frequency welding characteristics, the Unipower lends itself to long extension leads without conventional drop in amperage.

Battery charging:

Solar signs are becoming increasingly common in countries with a preponderance of  sunlight.  Solar panels charge up the batteries during the day and these fully-charged batteries then supply power during the night to illuminate the remote outdoor sign.
As with many solar installations, these batteries often require a start-up "Boost'' to top them up after installation and also after service intervention -due to malfunction or lack sunlight.  The UNIPOWER boost charging facility is ideal for this application.

The average sign writing company has a vehicle, or a fleet of vehicles, to tackle outside erection work.  If these vehicles were to be loaded with the conventional equipment required for their work, they would find the average "Pick-Up'' too small in many cases for the bigger jobs, due to the limited carrying capacity of the "Pick-Up'' after it has been loaded up with a Welder / Generator / Battery Charger.  Often the sign writing company has to on-load a compressor for the spray-painting if there is any painting to be carried out on site.  The UNIPOWER solution enables the sign writer to employ a smaller vehicle and therefore save on capital and running costs.
